FAQ - Purchases


Q: I am not an agent but wish to make a purchase. Where can I get your product?

Q: If I am not your agent, where can i get your catalog and prices for each item?

Q: When can you ship out my order?
We ship out all confirmed orders within 5 business days. 

Normally ship out on Wednesday and Saturday. 
Shall it fall on a Public Holiday, order will be ship out on the following business day. 
Shall your order and payment made after 1pm, it will be consider as next day order. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
W will ship out your order within 5 business day. 
It all depends on location.
However most order reaches our customers within 1-3 business days from the date of delivery (for Malaysia) and around 3-5 weeks for most overseas country. 

Q: I want to save shipping cost. Can I collect my order from you?
Yes, you can collect your order from our Subang Jaya office with appointment make at least 3 days prior to collection date. Please contact:

Q: Who will be paying for the shipping fees?
Shipping cost has to be borne by customers

Q: How much is the shipping fees?
Shipping and handling costs for Peninsular (West Malaysia) will be RM 9.00/kg and RM 15.00/kg for East Malaysia. 
For Overseas, shipping rate for each order differences according to distance and weight.

Q: Is packaging included?
Yes of course! all of our orders are inclusive of a Fancy box and a care instruction card. 

Q: Can I get discount if I exclude packaging?
Oppsy, we're sorry, as our Fancy box packaging acts as a buffer as well, to protect your little flowers from any sort of damage during delivery. :)

Q: These are fragile items. Will you replace them if it's broken?
Yes of course!
If the item is broken when you receive them, we will replace a new one for you provided that you inform us within 3 days with a photo and please ship the broken item back to us within 7 days from date of receive. We will then ship a new one back to you for free! :)

Q: Can I choose color of the flower?
Oppsy!  All colors are already pre-match as we ship out randomly.
However, shall any of our customers makes an order of 50 of the same item and above, color choosing will be allowed :)

Q: Do you ship to overseas?
Yes of course! We do ship to overseas.
 US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brunei are available.

Q: What is the price range of the product?

Q: Can I buy only flower?
Oppsy! Sorry, we don’t sell just the flower. It is all pre-arranged into glasses as it is fully imported. 

Q: Is there any 1 day delivery service?
It is not available until further notice. 

Q: Will the flower wither (die) during shipping?
Nope. :)
We processed the flower using advance Japan's technology and the flower will not wither even if you don’t water more than a month. 

Q: The flowers are upside down when I receive. What should I do?
If the flowers are upside down, simply move the flower stem to the bottom of the glass and cover the bottom layer with the grass. 
Note: Please be gentle as the flower and its stem are fragile. We don’t replace if it's accidentally broken. 

Q: Can I change the flowers into another glass?
Yes of course! :)
But please take note that the these little flowers its stem are fragile. 

Q: The glass looks dusty. How to clean up?
Use a piece of damp cloth to clean up the outer part. For inner part, you may clean up with a piece of dry tissue paper or a q-tip

Q: Can I cancel my order? How?
Yes you may cancel within 24 hours but there will be an admin penalty charge RM 20.00 per each item cancelled. 

Q: Can I change the shipping address after I place the order?
Yes you may change within 24 hours but there will be an admin penalty charge RM 20.00 for changes of address.
