Q: Is packaging included?
Yes of course! all of our orders are inclusive of a Fancy box and a care instruction card.

Oppsy, we're sorry, as our Fancy box packaging acts as a buffer as well, to protect your little flowers from any sort of damage during delivery. :)
Q: These are fragile items. Will you replace them if it's broken?
Yes of course!
If the item is broken when you receive them, we will replace a new one for you provided that you inform us within 3 days with a photo and please ship the broken item back to us within 7 days from date of receive. We will then ship a new one back to you for free! :)

Oppsy! All colors are already pre-match as we ship out randomly.

Oppsy! Sorry, we don’t sell just the flower. It is all pre-arranged into glasses as it is fully imported.

We processed the flower using advance Japan's technology and the flower will not wither even if you don’t water more than a month.

Q: The flowers are upside down when I receive. What should I do?
If the flowers are upside down, simply move the flower stem to the bottom of the glass and cover the bottom layer with the grass.
Note: Please be gentle as the flower and its stem are fragile. We don’t replace if it's accidentally broken.
